Is there any way to take input from user dynamically in WPF/E . There is no input control in WPF/E such as textbox, etc. So, how can I accept input from User dynamically

You have a couple of options. The first is to overlay the WPF/E on top of standard HTML controls. The other option is to draw your own textboxes and capture user input using javascript event handlers like KeyDown. Here are a few examples to get you started:
