Use the SizeMode property. Try different values to see which one works best.

how would i be able to access a pictures size from it's filepath and is it possible to make an image be displayed in full screen

By far the easiest way is to simply load the image to find the size. You an display it full screen by putting a PictureBox control with Dock = Fill on a form with FormBorderStyle = None and WindowState = Maximized. Don't forget to give the user a way out.

Set its Size property. Do you have a copy of the MSDN library on your PC
