I just wanned to know if it possible to make 3D games with VB 2005.
If is possible, can someone show me a sample game

It is possible, however using C# Express and XNA Game Studio Express it is a lot easier. It has an excellent community for game development for pc and Xbox 360.

If you want to stay with VB.NET, then a good way to start is to look into DirectX. This thread may help a bit.

I thought C# and Vb.net are the same thing but with diffrent syntax. Is XNA usable on VB.net

XNA Game Studio Express is based on Visual C# Express Edition and allows you to create games for both Windows PCs and the Xbox 360.

As far as I know, presently XNA Game Studio Express doesn't support VB.NET.

There are other alternatives as well. I am using VB with OpenGL (a non-game project though)
