If New calls the constructor of a component or own class, which is the keyword to call the destructor

It's not enough use the dispose method a Window Form Componet supplies.

C# has a managed garbage collector. Unlike for example C++ it is 'not done' to destruct an object yourself.
If you do want to get rid of an unused object you basically need to implement the IDisposable interface to handle/override the Dispose() method.
