I have an application written in C++ under Visual Studio 2005. I need to add the Microsoft Web Browser control to the application. I've searched the Project Menu for adding it but cannot find the mechanism for doing this. Can anyone help

Thank you.

In visual c++ 2005, there is no "Add to Project" menu to add a activeX control, instead it has anather way of doing it, please read this KB article to learn the improvement: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/816151

hope it helps

The KB article was helpful until step 6. Step 6 states "In the Add Reference dialog box, click the COM tab". However, there is no COM tab, only a Projects tab. Is there something I am missing here Any ideas are appreciated.

If this is the case then you are trying to use native C++ to host an activex control. This isn't an easy option since you are going to have to write code to contain the activex control. Can you actually use .net or perhaps MFC, otherwise you are going to have to go pretty deep into COM stuff.

The lead designer figured this out for me. Thank you all for your input.
