  1. Simply open SQL Server Management Studio
  2. Connect to Analysis Services
  3. Browse your Cube
  4. Now some measures and Dimension Drag and Drop in Row,Column and Data area.
  5. Now Right Click any where in Data Area.
  6. And then Click on Command and Options
  7. Then select check boxes Title Bar and Toolbar
  8. Now you will see Pivot Table Title Bar and Toolbar.
  9. Then you will see there Calculator Icon
  10. Simply Click on Calculated Totals and Fields
  11. Now here you should give Calculation Name and make you formula and press Change.

These were the steps how to create Calculations on Pivot Tables for OLAP.

Trust me, you'll get Pivot there if U'll complete all steps.

Basically Cube Browser in Management Studio is nothing but Pivot functionality of Excel.

Overall you wanted to know how to create calculated members in Pivot, that's I've described.

And There is Add In available for Excel to building the Ad hoc Reports. Link is attached below...
