I just read in an article (non-MS) that "Web Synchronization is available only on SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition (running on Windows Server 200x) . Although it is possible to configure web synchronization on SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition, it is licensed for testing purposes only".

Is this correct We have not loaded anything other than Enterprise Edition and Developer Edition in our office, so does web synchronization not work with Standard/Workgroup Edition(s)

I looked throughout BOL to find a statement like this but could not find one.

Thanks...

I thought I'd post to clear any confusion. I talked with several people at MS and the article is incorrect. According to Microsoft, "Web sync should work on all skus, with the exception that SQL Server Express cannot be used as a publisher". Thank you to Michael Blythe for this information.
