From XP on, Fast-user-change is supported.
But if I set GinaDLL in regist, the Fast-user-change button will disappered.

In vsita, there don't have gina any long.
So if I want to let Fast-user-change disabled,
what should I do Thanks.

There is a Group Policy setting to prevent Fast User Switching, located at:

Computer -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Logon -> Hide entry points for Fast User Switching

You can use either the Local Group Policy editor (gpedit.msc) or set it via Group Policy in Active Directory.

I know I can set it via both gpedit and AD.

But I want to change it by my application silently.

You can use the IGroupPolicyObject interface to programmatically manipulate individual Group Policy objects. Obviously you cannot guarantee that making a change via GPO won't be overridden by a policy with higher precedent, so your code needs to be able to cope with that possibility.

Bear in mind that doing this will require elevation and thus cannot be done entirely 'silently'.
