Hi Chueh888.

It is up to each application to determine how or even whether to react to pen flick messages. When the operating system detects a pen flick, it first sends a WM_TABLET_FLICK message. If your application returns the FLICK_WM_HANDLED_MASK constant, no further action occurs. If the application does not respond to the WM_TABLET_FLICK message, then the operating system sends a follow-up notification, such as WM_APPCOMMAND, WM_VSCROLL, or WM_KEYDOWN, depending on which action is associated with the pen flick.
