If you've got the latest version, and you've unzipped to the default path of C:\Windows Workflow Foundation, then you'll find the VB version of the labs at this path: C:\Windows Workflow Foundation\Labs\VB

When you download the exe file and extract it, you will get the VB.Net sample in a VB folder under \Labs. There¡¯s a type in the download details box where it says C#. We¡¯re working to fix this issue. For now, download the HOLs and enjoy them!

This product is doomed - the tutorials and papers are way to complex and do not address the basics of how to use the tools in simple cases. After spending a day trying to make sense of the intro materials my impression is that the tool is unusable due to complexity. That is probably not the case but the intro materials skip over the initial learning curve and go deep way too fast. Too bad - concept has potential.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for the feedback. The hand on labs are designed to take you step by step to building an application and use multiple features. If you¡¯re interested in basic samples, you can check the SDK samples here: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms741723.aspx and there¡¯re more samples on the WF community web site here: http://wf.netfx3.com. In addition, there¡¯re some educational screen casts on channel 9 here http://channel9.msdn.com/Showforum.aspx forumid=38&tagid=81 that shows you how you can use various parts of the technology. If you¡¯re interested in reading more introduction document about concepts, you should check various MSDN articles we have. For example, Introduction to WF Rules here: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa480193.aspx, introduction to Hosting WF here: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa663362.aspx.

I hope with all this materials you can get the chance to learn, use and work with WF.

Thanks, --Moustafa
