What problems are you having I have set up a few with no problems.

I cant get as far as installing the driver.

Right clicking on 'Momento' in Start > Network gives the Install option, but the driver is not recognised.

The driver is available on http://www.momentolive.com if you are unable to get it from Windows Update. Goto Help->Downloads once you have logged in.

Inustructions are available on there aswell.

Thanks, I had tried the driver from the website, but it is that one which is unrecognised by the hardware installation wizard.

Also, Windows Update has never offered a driver.

I've written to i-Mate, - I'll let you know what they suggest, I can see a few people in other forums are having a similar issue.

So when you install the device, click "Locate and install driver", "Check for solution", "Browse my computer" and browse to the directory that you extracted the driver to it doesn't work

I have just tried it again here and it works fine.

Thats right, after browsing to the extraction folder - "Windows could not find the driver software for your device." And thats that. : (

What's the firmware version on the frame you have We've had some frames with an older firmware version that don't recognize the new driver. You can get the firmware version from the Settings/Frame/About menu.

The firmware I'm running is version 1.3.1571.22

I had heard the firmware would update itself over-the-air and that I'd just have to press ok to upgrade. I've never had it offer me this though.

1.3 should work with the Momento driver. Anything older has problems but 1.3+ is ok.

Have you heard back from i-mate support yet

Not yet unfortunately.

I'll let you know when I do.
