Is it possible to uninstall Vista Ultimate/Vista Transformation Pack once you have installed it. I want to try it, but I am not sure if it can be uninstalled if it takes up to much ram or doesn't look that great.

Well I tried to uninstall it after I had loaded it onto my system and guess what !!!! its stuck like glue to my computer unless I format the drive its on I cannot shift it it is not all that good a system anyway its hard to find your way round it plus you cannot run hotmail from outlook express unless you pay extra for hotail plus and its no faster than windows XP plus Vista crashes a lot so until they come up witha good system steer clear of this one !!!!!!.

Well, You might try restore your system to an earlyer date. I haven't done this with the transformation pack, but I've restored my system several times allready.

(note that it is still me except i have changed my name and account)

I installed it, but most of my family says they disapprove of the "blackness". In the end, I just restored my pc no problem as it was stuffed with old programs.

I once installed windowsblinds and changed the theme, then uninstalled the program. It just mucked up my themes and my xp returned to the classic theme, the Luna (windows xp theme default) disappeared and had to restore my system using system restore. I just love this feature, it is so useful sometimes when you least expect it.

Maybe I did not make myself clear not wanting to mess up a good O/P system I put Vista on a seperate drive , so that if it did not work as I expected I could remove it !! but as I said before this was impossible to delete unless I fomat the drive and remove it that way , the only thing about this is that I have other things on that drive that I will have to back up or transfer away before I can do this plus when booting back up on the other system I get which system do I want to operate Vista or XP and yes I can find the boot up choice on XP but I don't know if I delete it will it damage the XP system when doing so all I can say again is this Vista is stuck like glue and is nothing but a pain in the rear !!!.

if u can't delete it, it might be a system folder and deleting it might cause system problems. if u wanna delete it, check what processed might be going on that is using stuff in it. check whats in it first. end that process and delete it, although i advice AGAINST it.
