Hi, ALL!

I had added an sdf file to my project and created dataset on design time.

While running the application on WM2003 the sdf must be located in application folder otherwise I get an error...

I'd like to move the sdf to memory card, but can't find how to change connection string!

Any help!

Lev

Hi mate,

The connection string should be stored in the app.config file. It's stored in the <ConnectionStrings> element.

Hi mate,

You should see it in the Solution Explorer along with your project. When you add and use a database in your project using the tools and panels of Visual Studio it usually automatically creates a configuration file for you and stores the connection string in there. It's added in the solution explorer along with your forms and other items. Just double click it and it will open, you'll see the connection string.
