Hello guys,
I'm trying to use the Dapper block but I'm having problems in passing arguements to dapper applications.
The application I'm trying to run is YouTubeSectionMovies and it accepts 3 parameters.
How can I specify them in the dapper block

I know the Dapper block is much harder to use than most blocks. I'll be posting some posts soon on how to use Dapper which should act as a tutorial.

For your example, drop the Dapper block, set the dappName to 'YouTubeSectionMovies' and the applyUrl to http://www.youtube.com/browse s=mp (or any other Youtube URL that works with that Dapp). Now, you can make it bind with any other block out there.

For example, if you want to show the thumbnails alone, drop Photoflip into your mashup creator and set imageUrl in PhotoFlip to Dapper's Thumbnail_Url_If_Present. Hit preview and you should see thumbnails on the photoflip block.

I know this sounds hard but it really isn't once you play with it for a while Smile

Hi,

Did you get a chance to do a writeup on how to use the dapper block I tried putting the name of my dapp and the website it uses, but it didn't work.

Your help is very much appreciated!

I figured out how to use the block based on the video link below but now the link doesn't work.

The video was very helpful so if you guys can fix the link for others who might need it, that would be awesome.

Thanks.
