    - Custom Map Print Option Help Please, I am about to give up on Firefox and tell the client that we cannot support printing maps in Firefox browser. Basically I have a custom printing option for my map, it works fine in IE but for some odd reason it won't print the map in firefox. It sure does print the route but not just the map image. Basically, I have the address information in a database, and would like to show a map to the location with a pushpin.     - Issue passing VELatLong array I'm sure this is something basic, but it's got me stumped at the moment, so I'm asking for some new eyes to point out the obvious to me. I am trying to pass an array of polygon points to the new VEShape constructor, but when I build the array dynamically, it fails with 'invalid parameter', while hard coding the values works (of course). Here is the code. I am parsing a subarray of a larger array to get individual polygons. If I pass in 'myPoints', it works. If I pass in polyPoints, it fails, even though both have the same format.     - Custom shapes I am trying to add a custom control over a number of locations on the map. This control looks like a little titlebar. When clicked, the bar grows into a dialog box with lots of buttons and stuff for interacting with the object at that geographic point via httprequest calls. I can make the title bar appear over the object by adding a new shape at the location and setting the custom icon to be the control's source html. Sadly, the control's event handlers no longer work. And when I hover the mouse over the control, the shape's description box opens.     - ActiveBuddyWebServer Calls I'm wondering if there is any kind of documentation on what calls you can do on the activebuddy webserver (GET/POST), and what responses you recieve. At the moment, you can use the live agent management console, but if I'd like to create my own console, it would be pretty nice if I could find out which calls are possible. I'm talking about calls like these: http://localhost:8000/agent/Aragon2/session/data/GetSessionSummariesByDay timerange=1190088000,1190174399&buddyids=AutomatedAgent&limit=12&offset=0 Which returns a nice xml list of the sessions in that timerange. Of course, you could find out by checking which calls are made by the live agents management console, but finding out each syntax is quite time consuming. And another question.     - Signing in forever.. :( Hi, I just installed windows vista business edition. Since I installed this windows, i cannot login to WLM. It says Signing In and it took forever and never sign in. Not only one account, all the accounts. Works with webmessenger. Works in XP and other computers in same network. I'm using acer laptop but haven't install any acer empowering technology software because it iss new. bios is latest version. tried to delete registry and most of the guides on the net.     - SetCustomIcon and InfoBox in 3D Mode Hello everyone I'm trying to display a GPS track along with some images using V5. In 2D mode all works fine, CustomIcons and InfoBox are correctly added. But when I switch to 3D mode the icons assume the default pushpin icon and the InfoBox is opened empty. Try this at: http://80.22.205.83/easynet/vetracks.asp switch from 2D to 3D and you will see the effect described. To make the InfoBox wider I have placed a map.ClearInfoBoxStyles() command. Without this command only half image is displayed in 2D and 3D mode. This command besides doesn't seem to affect the Icon behaviour. So here are my questions: 1. How can I mantain the CustomIcon in 3D mode 2.     - dialog placement Hi, I'm displaying a map using the ajax toolkit modal popup panel. I have a wee problem in that when a dialog is displayed by the map server e.g. the disambiguous dialog after a find command, it is behind the disabled background. Is the stylesheet definition used by the mapserver available so I could have a play to see if I can get it to display on top I can get around the problem with the disambiguous dialog by using a custom dialog but I have recently been getting a "server is temporarily unavailable" message which I don't appear to be able to catch. So if I can get a way to capture this event so I can display a custom error message it would solve my problem too. I have error handling on the map.find call and in my map.DisambiguationCallback function but it displays sometime between these events. When I attempt to log in with my Live ID, I'm getting an error saying that my e-mail or password is incorrect. I want to use the search api in conjunction with the ad search results feed api. Is there such an advertising feed that I can sign up for If someone types a search query, I want it to produce the relevant text ads that I can put on the right hand side of the screen similar to how live.com is producing the text advertisements right now. Who can I talk to about signing up to get this ad feed and get a partnership with Microsoft so I can share in the revenue produced from the click throughs made from the ads Can some please email me this information and tell me if it is available or not and who to contact.

we do not support ad syndication scenario via SOAP API yet but this is certainly an area we are looking at.

(1) If I want to buy the search results from live.com (I anticipate I may get more than 25,000 search per day than the live search api currently allows), who do I talk to at Microsoft about this and the cost
