I have to mention that the Colloquis SDK is at the moment not available... So, you'll have to choose one of the other 2, or try to be a partner of MS (I don't know anything about that process).

Is the lack of availability of the Colloquis SDK at the moment anything to do with Microsoft buying the company Is there a plan to release this SDK as a branded Microsoft product

Yes, that is because Microsoft bought Colloquis. I assume they plan to release it as a branded Microsoft product, I can't really tell you more about it yet.
