Same error for the last 6 hours..

that's strange, I just retrieve all my data

(from 1st to 3rd of june, because data of 4th june are not allready consolidated, as you can see on adcenter, section reports)...

maybe you should try with v3...

please, tell me if it works (or maybe, send your request parameters)

Hi Jeff:

Retrieval of MSN keyword performance data on a daily basis doesn't seem to be working for us consistently.

It failed again today for all our MSN accounts.

This needs to be available to us for our system at approx 5am PST (for accounts that have PST and CST campaigns).

We keep getting Error 400063 = The report data for the requested date range is not yet available.

According to MSNĄ¯s FAQ:

When will report data be available

Ad delivery data might be available as soon as two hours after people start clicking your ads. Delivery data for Account, Campaign, Order, and Keyword reports is updated hourly. All other reports are updated daily.

When I request report data, in which time zone is it delivered

Report data is stored and processed in the time zone of the campaign. The data availability times, however, are shown as Pacific Time (PT). PT is Coordinated Universal Time (UTC, or Greenwich Mean Time) minus 8 hours.

This suggests that data should be available for our request for keyword reports at about 2am in the morning PST or CST.

Given that it is almost 12noon PST and report retrieval still fails, this could blow up for all our clients in production on a daily basis and is not desirable.

We should not be getting the 400063 error code especially given that the report is available via the adCenter UI.

FYI ... we're using the AdCenter API v4 (3.71)

Any insight into why this is happening on a regular basis would be appreciated.

Is this a server error or an error on our part w.r.t. expectations in terms of the exact time of day when performance data will be available
