Hello,

During updating or creating Orders (using API call) I retreive the API error code -400177

everytime. For the avoidance of this error I need to exclude the Content medium type from the

Medium property of Order. I use the msn distribution site - "UnitedStates" for all orders.

Why does it not work with Content meduim type

I haven't such problem during creating or updating Orders on the page of Microsoft AdCenter. I

have possibility to create and update orders with content ads on this page.

Need your advise.

How can I verify if my user is in the content ads pilot program

Is it possible that the user is not in the content ads pilot program but he has posssibility

to select the content medium type on the page Microsoft AdCenter

Thanks.

Hi,

Sorry for your trouble. If you look at the V4 Release Notes at:

http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb445455.aspx

under "Breaking Changes" you'll see information about the AdCenterOrder.Medium property, which must take on the enumerated values of None, Content or Search. If you are not in the Content program, this value will be ignored.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

I'm having trouble adding an Order with 'Content' as its medium property (using the API) but I was able to create an Order with 'Content' as its medium property on the page of Microsoft AdCenter.

Do you think there's a problem with my SOAP request
Here's my SOAP Request
