Hi all,

I'm trying to add tables from AdventureWorks installed on my local computer to a .dlinq designer in a sample application.
It works for AdventureWorks tables that are not related to a schema (like ErrorLog or DatabaseLog), but doesn't works for none of the tables related to any scehma (HumanResources, Production, ...).

When I trying to add a table related to a schema (by dragging it to design surface) - VS 2005 frozens for few seconds and then just nothing happens.
There is no error message, but following appears in 'Output' window of VS 2005:

The invocator hidden form handle is 000227E6.
The invocator hidden form parent handle 1 is 00000000.
The invocator hidden form parent handle 2 is 00000000.

In VS 2008 it works. Does any one have any clue

Re: LINQ Project General Problem adding table related to a schema to .dlinq in VS 2005

Matt Warren - MSFT

None of this is intended to work in VS 2005. Are you using the May2006 LINQ preview The designer in the preview is only a prototype.

Yes, I used May2006 LINQ preview, 10x.
