Hi akhi_srivastava,

Base on my understanding, you want to make call button or End button light off, if I have misunderstood you, please let me know, thanks.

If you want to implement it using hardware, I am sorry to tell you it is off-topic here.

If you want to implement it by program, try to change value of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\\BackLight\ACBrigthness

and set the value zero , it will disable the backlight.
