How can I expand/collapse ALL regions at once, either with a menu click or a keyboard shortcut (preferred) I'm not referring to the #region stuff, this is just the default + - boxes that appear on the left side of the pane by the line numbers, after you type in a function or other kind of code block.

Using VS 2005 Academic Edition

The menus for expanding and collapsing code is found under:
Edit->Outlining

Ctrl-M, Ctrl-O will collapse all of the code to its definitions.
Ctrl-M, Ctrl-L will expand all of the code (actually, this one toggles it).
Ctrl-M, Ctrl-M will expand or collapse a single region
