hi. i'm confused about some class in c# and would need someone to clarify my doubts.is there any difference between bitconverter class and convert class.

i've read some articles from the internet and some of the samples uses either of them but do not provide any explanation why they do not use the other class. thanks in advance

Yes there's a difference. The BitConverter class is used for converting numerical types to their "raw" binary representation in the form of a byte array (or the other way around). The Convert class does more general purpose conversions between types, including to and from strings.
