Is it possible to load a system file (Windows .sys) in C# and how
I need to be able to call the functions just like calling functions from a DLL file.

Any ideas or links

It depends on the sys file. If it's a standard executable format and they're standard exports you should be able to use [DllImport("file.sys")]... If they're Windows .sys files; then no, you can't load them and call functions in them directly.
